Q. Why won't the videos on the website work for me?
A. The videos on this website are in one of two formats. WMV video files are formatted for use in Windows Media Player (a version for MAC can be found on microsoft.com >). M4V video files are formatted for Quicktime for higher quality and use in iTunes (click here for Quicktime help >).
Q. Why should I register?
A. Registering on this website allows you to enter the member's section. Here you will find many enhanced features, including downloads, prayer requests, event information, and more.
Q. How do I edit the information in my profile?
A. To edit an existing profile, you must first login. After logging in a welcome link will appear underneath the date in the following format "welcome: <your email address>" . Clicking on this link will open a new window where you can edit your profile.
Q. How do I change my email address?
A. The website saves your original email address as your username when you create your profile. If you would like to change your username/email address, you will need to email the website administrator.
Q. Why do I have to scroll so much?
A. This website was optimized for a screen resolution of 1024x768. This can be configured under "Display Properties" in your Windows Control Panel.
Q. How do I setup my I-180 email address?
A. If you qualify, you will recieve an email with your account information (email address, username, and password). If you have not recieved your account information, please email the website administrator.
