Q. Why can't I view the video files from this website?
A. The videos on this website are in one of two formats.
WMV video files are formatted for use in Windows Media Player (a version for MAC can be found on microsoft.com >).
M4V video files are formatted in Quicktime for higher quality and use in iTunes (further instruction can be found below).
Q. Having trouble viewing the Quicktime video files from our site?
A. Here are some things to try:
Make sure you have the latest version of Quicktime installed (currently 7.x - download it here >).
Save the file to your computer first by right-clicking the link for the video and choosing Save As, then try to open the video from your hard drive. This will also save you from having to re-download the larger files if you want to share them.
Make sure that your Windows file associations are properly set. Open Quicktime, then go to the following menu: Edit | Preferences | Quicktime Preferences. Under File Typescheck the box next to Video.
If another program is still trying to open the video file, you can open the Quicktime program manually and then select the video file on your hard drive under File|Open File.
